Tricky situation....
Face is well lit but the hair between the forehead and the edges seems that soaks light like a black hole in space.
I would be tempted to use flash actually...

Pablo
I appreciate your critic, perhaps during post-editing, Ive lost some details after desaturated the shot.
The motive was to take the shot without flash because in those gardens isn't allowed to do so and the light was scarce.
A good point to improve, thank you.

I wonder if framing horizontally and using multi- segment metering made life tricked camera to think the light is sufficient and kaboom! exposure 1/25 sec (which for f/4 and ISO 100 might be enough in some cases).
I am only looking at the mono pic uploaded, you have seen the real colours and the reality itself. But I concluded that, whatever the colour of her coat in the real world, it is slightly darker than the surrounding glass surfaces. The total amount of bright surfaces is more than the total amount of darker areas, especially the hair. I suppose that if you put camera to P mode and frame it vertically while spot meter from the hair of the original image the camera would have a very different exposure time.
She is a beautiful model and I hope we will see your work with her again. Till then...
Adios!
