I wonder if framing horizontally and using multi- segment metering made life tricked camera to think the light is sufficient and kaboom! exposure 1/25 sec (which for f/4 and ISO 100 might be enough in some cases).
I am only looking at the mono pic uploaded, you have seen the real colours and the reality itself. But I concluded that, whatever the colour of her coat in the real world, it is slightly darker than the surrounding glass surfaces. The total amount of bright surfaces is more than the total amount of darker areas, especially the hair. I suppose that if you put camera to P mode and frame it vertically while spot meter from the hair of the original image the camera would have a very different exposure time.
She is a beautiful model and I hope we will see your work with her again. Till then...
