After the event

By strawman
A candid taken at my nieces wedding. this was after the posed shots outside the church, and the professional photographer had moved on to the parents, they were for a moment left alone and turned to laugh at each other.

any thoughts or comments?

Good relaxed candid shot, allthough i feel the crop at the top is a bit tight,

Regards

Thanks Mike. I cropped it to remove a light, but I think you have a good point there.

well spotted, nice candid moment. agree with the crop comment. Think it might work as a half body shot too, with more emphasis on the faces then

its a great shot, well done and well spotted

I love candid wedding shots. They tell so much of the story and this one does just that. The lighting and expressions are so natural and makes a beautiful shot for their wedding album.

The crop on top isnt a problem its the stone column to the left of the arm that needs the crop,
I dont think taking the bottom off the image will improve it seeing the guys knee in the traditional scottish kilt is all part of the traditional wear,
The pose is nice the hands well placed and theres no eye contact with the camera adding a more personal touch to the image. Great
