Alba

By PaulMillar
Hi all, last post from last weekend. Another big thanks for your lovely comments and a special mention for Kate for her lovely UA on yesterdays post.

We live in such a great nation, all 4 corners have there own stunning beauty, captured so well by all the EPZ members. I have always felt very proud to live in Scotland, but standing on that stunning beach looking out I felt very small and humble. You think that you cant be any more amazed with places we have travelled then you turn a corner and feel blown away. Its hard to believe that this image was only taken a few hours before my last few posts in the snow. We are so lucky as photographers to see so much on our travels and record what we see. I will never be able to repay my friend for showing me what can be capture when you take that auto button to the next level and show you my life through a lens.

I'm having so much fun at the minute with my camera, think that's why I've posted so much this week.........We might be all at different levels in our own learning curve but no matter what the image is they are all good and must mean something to each and every one of us. So get out and capture................have a great week.

Paul.

Gobsmacked again Paul. This is stunning - I love the colour of the sand.
Once again a wonderful composition and the sky was an added bonus.

Now, for me, this one is perfectly ccomposed: love that expanse of interesting and detailed foreshore with the sand catching the available light, and, by contrast, with the more subdued sea and distant off shore islands.

Excellent image and I agree with your sentiments entirely. It's odd to think how looking through glass has taught us to see with our own eyes...
