Alien Spaceships

By Valerie1
I took this shot in Crawfordsburn Country Park of these fungi. I think they are some type of ear fungus and I found it growing on the side of a dead log. They were a jelly like substance so my able assistant held the reflector at the base of the fungus which reflected the light up through it and made it light up.

Technical details: 15 sec @ f/32, +1, aperature priority, ISO 200, silver reflector, tripod mounted and remote release.

Yes Mavis, Ted was my able assistant. You could just see it lighting up with the light reflected unto it.
