Great shot John.
Here is a simple colour grade for this image, it's only one layer and is only a minor change but one I use a lot.
Make sure you have the properties window open. (Top menu bar "Windows" and tick "Properties" if it's not open already.
Open a "Color Balance" layer. Change tone to "Highlights" move the red to about +10 and the yellow to about -14.
You should see a slight change in her skin anf it should brighten the skin and also lift the background.
A general gude to color balance : -
Highlights - move towards Reds and Yellows.
Shadows - towards Blues and Cyan
Midtones - towards any colour that brings it together. Always make sure the Oreserve Luminosity is ticked.
I have not done a mod John as these are only small mods that may not show up on everyones screen.
