Two well taken images. Do the council come and pick it up or are they reliant on good citizens to do beach tidying?

On the main beach, it's raked a few times a year.
On this one (North Gare) not sure the council knows it's there.
The Fire Brigade attend every so often, normally around Sept, for the odd fire in the dunes when BBQ's get out out of hand.
