Along the Riverside 2

By woolybill1
A lone cyclist on the far bank heads westwards along the broad concrete towpath beneath trees that look at their best at the start of November. More reflections in the Tyne, inverted and flipped.

Many thanks to Graham for his cherished U.A. and to everyone else who popped in yesterday to look at Along the Riverside 1.

A fine example of UDFR ( Upside-down-Flipped-Reflection ) photography.
The cyclist clinches it... Award impending.

At first glance I didn't get it and it sent my eyes bozwonk (great word Wink ) so, it made me look further and harder, then it made me smile.
Well worked Bill, the cyclist makes it for me.

Inverted and flipped? Personally, I prefer flipped and inverted, but each to their own...Wink
One could be excused for thinking you need to turn the camera's OIS on.

And thanks to Chase for 'bozwonk' - a great word I have not come across before...

Meanwhile, I think Kilroy has an award at hand...

It has been a very fruitful walk along the riverside so far, with more on the way?

Excellent reflective image, Bill, and flipping it over gives it more 'normal' view, but a feel of an impressionistic painting 👍

I agree with Trev about the impressionistic painting, and maybe this will become a new art style or movement?
