Am I The First This Year?

By daffydill56
Fly Agaric

Just wondering if this is the first one posted this year on here.

I took this thismorning, whilst practicing with my new lens and a couple of extra bits of gear.

Hope you enjoy, and as always, LARGE is best if you have the time.

Thanks for C & C's on my Wasp Spider, much appreciated.

Certainly the first I have seen, and sets a very high standard for the others that will no doubt follow!

I want one!!! I have always wanted to see one let alone photograph it - this is gorgeous! The Fly Agaric is one of the prettiest fungi.

(There has been one other, but they didn't tag theirs, so I couldn't find it!)

Hi Fran
yes I think you are the first I have seen this year - this is cracking, love the colour and the space to the right. Bit of a catch up, been busy with Joe having babies etc. Hope all is well

Wonderful colour and composition Fran . Were you lying on a bin bag for this one ? First I've seen this year anyway xxx
12 Sep 2008 7:08AM
Thanks once again folks for the great responses.

Mavis, no bin liner required on this occasion. Just a tripod and anglefinder, it worked a treat.
