A fairly random selection of images taken this August starting with a rather conventional landscape showing Pendle Hill and a sky that describes the mixed weather we have had this month.
V's 4 & 5 are linked, V4 featuring my friend's dog, Gizmo, who was sitting on my knee waiting for treats and V5 shows Ansel's obvious displeasure at my paying attention to another dog. The other shot of Ansel, V9, shows him in happier mood playing with one of the mega sized sticks that he likes to drag around.
V1 shows a distinctly suspect looking but delicious cocktail that I invented and consumed with relish. (N.B. I never drink alone. I always have Ansel with me). The rest feature a wasp that decided to join me while I was having a cuppa and the vegetation and fungi that I have captures on my dog walks.
Don't know what it is like where you are but Autumn seems to have kicked in already up here.
Thank you for viewing and I hope that you enjoy at least some from this diverse set.
