An inflexibly traditional view of monarchy.

Many thanks for the very kind responses to yesterday's image which is, admittedly, more kooky than spooky. 🥴 As the signpost was noted by some of you I thought I might as well allow it to have its moment in the EPZ sun. 🌞

I shall now repair to the shed where I have some repair work to do. I may be some time. About a month ... at least. As you are aware I have a Lert which I have now shed trained and we get on famously. Just as well the way things are going. 🥴

All the best for the week ... month ... whatever ... ahead! G 🙂

Seems a bit extreme. I'm not keen on cyclists but I wouldn't ban them altogether, just get them to sit the Cycling Proficiency Test.

Is that what I think it is on top of the post? 🤧 Good sign, agree with Phil about the proficiency test, yes.

Until the b*****s can be trained to use their bells, I'll sympathise.

There is no fear of that being blown away in a gale, with all the nails holding it down. Perhaps a bit abrupt, with no please!!

If you take a bike with you, then you are biking. What are you if you take a dog with you?🤔 Is that allowed? Don't see a sign saying it's not...

DIY idea: obstacle on cycle path to ‘deter’ cars and keep cycling interesting at night

Cycling along joint use paths in France I found people ignored bells, Better to call "Attention Vélo!" slow dowm and then "Bonjour, Merci" as I passed (and it wasn't always pedestrians all over the path) In a group we would always drop into single file to pass other users.

Maybe they mean motorbikes, as they are used by bikers, using bikes with noisy engines, who go biking, so not the cyclists, who go cycling, much more quietly. I agree with Mrs Woolybill - they should learn the use of bells - for the safety of all - or at least how to make warning sounds if bell-less. Was I just being sensible? Huh.
Looking at the angle of the post perhaps some happy biker lerted it to the fact of its inanimate state and in a fit of barking up the wrong tree decided to ban all bikers and their tight fitting Lycra now there’s poetic justice.

Other than that not bad at all.

Just as well you didn't turn the shed into a bike shed, Graham. Wink

See you sometime in the near or distant future. Take care out there.

With this virus business going back to square one, sounds like not much else will be allowed! 😬 A fine close up presentation, Graham 👍
Enjoy your shed, al least you're still allowed there... 😀

If this is through woods, I'd be inclined to agree. there are plenty of cycle tracks where there is more space for cyclists
and walkers.

As an ardent cyclist, I take this one rather personally!!!!
