And again......

By cattyal
Another last minute decision to upload one of my collision pics. This kit is wonderful - I'm getting absolutely nothing else done in the evenings now so really must try to step away occasionally but I fear it's going to be a long time before I get bored with this!

I only had one working flash tonight but happily have sorted the problem with the other one so it'll be back to both of them tomorrow.

As I had just the one flash I brought the background closer to the glass which didn't work out too well - too much texture visible so I smoothed it out a bit - maybe too much - not sure.

Really well done, a double collision isn't easy and even though your lighting was restricted, the simplicity has favoured the shot. May I suggest a making a few of the unwanted splashes disappear to clean up the image? I have uploaded a Mod for consideration.

Thanks everyone Smile Happily the weekend is almost here and I'm determined to get some serious splash time in on Sunday - after I've blitzed the house Smile

Thanks for the mod Colin- I did remove some of the splashes but yes - maybe I should have removed more!

Thanks again everyone and than's EPZ for the EC Award - very much appreciated Smile

None tonight that I thought good enough although there is one that's borderline - maybe another day. Who knows about Saturday - I'm out all day but should have time for a quick play in the evening!

Thanks again everyone - and thank you Andrew for your Award Smile

I've got a pair of flashguns arriving this week so with any luck I'll be able to even up the lighting and start producing something worth showing off. I need to find a larger tray - well a huge tray - wine glasses etc. are all very well but it would nice to have something large enough to do reflections in as well......
