someone has passed on a message where to go for food, as many flying in!

Again from the comfort of the bedroom window yesterday with coffee!
V3 trying with tongue to get the hidden nut!

V2 and V4 through double glazing a male Bullfinch!!
so surprised to see, a great chance of a reference shot...SO excitedGrin

Lillian, these are fab - all from the 'safety and comfort' of your bedroom too!
We get lots of birds - but they tend to be woodpigeons, starlings, thrush and sparrow!!
Nothing as exciting as what you get - might have to change the nuts I put out for them!! Smile

That's the way to do it: sit at home with your feet up, a nibble and drink at your side, and fire away through the window: like it.
And what good results too, the subjects all captured in natural settings.

I've not seen a bullfinch live yet alone photograph one.... and all from the comfort of your bedroom. Fine captures, Lillian.

A lovely foursome with my choice being V1 for colour and composition giving the best impact.
