Approaching Killin Bridge.

By Tooma
The village of Killin in Stirlingshire, and the River Dochart.

The peak of Ben Lawers, which is 1214 metres high and the highest mountain south of Ben Nevis, can be seen in the distance. It sits to the north of the west side of Loch Tay, which the River Dochart feeds into.

There are bridges like this one near by--- usually there is a plaque stating who built it and when--- They seem to be called Scottish bridges! This refers to the stone arches!

A wonderful picture of this bridge and its town!

A different viewpoint for the Falls of Dochart. They are usually photographed from the bridge looking upstream. They are quite wild when the river is in spate. Your photography is well exposed and composed so well done, Tom.
