Aramona Beach -Dunedin New Zealand

By VincentChristopher
Visited this beach some 3 years back and took a similar photo but without the aid of tripod...resulting in a very "none sharp" image....so headed back again this year and put the tripod the use.....hope you like the various montage/collection of shells as dumped by the sea along the tide line

Excellent array of shells.......surprizing Vincent with speed of 1/160 & aperture f13.0, the picture should be sharp edge to edge handheld. Maybe you do not need a tripod if you up the iso to 400 or even 800 giving you faster shutter speed for handheld or you could strike a better depth of field with f16.0 Just a friendly thought as your capture is beautiful & calls for a second visit. No that's fine - my concern as was last time that I have a " habit " when viewing downwards I seem not to have the ability to control my " fixed " human arm tripod.( need new shoulder )..hence the reason for using a tripod this time...but as you say a increase ISO next time say
Thanks for your valued comments Smile
Kind Regards

As you say, not as sharp as it could be, but it is actualy really nice anyway. It is a very fine composition and a lot of nature beauty!
