I love the simplicity and the humour here, it's such a well-timed photo, with all 3 puffins looking up at the tern, and a fast enough shutter speed to freeze the tern's flight.
I don't often put an award on feathers, but this is so well timed (one exposure or two combined, I wonder?), and stylishly composed, as well as carefully taken. The story is great but it also sits on the firm basis of the arc and the upright on the left.

I would have put money on this being a Photoshop composite as it looks too good to be true. The perfect spacing of the Puffins and the Tern passing through are amazing.The composition is spot on too. You could spend a lifetime taking shots and never get another like it.
