You've done very well here - it looks quite dark! The berries aren't quite pin sharp, but still stand out from their surroundings (I think your point of focus is on the stem of the plant). An interesting shot, with lots to look at and I like all the catch lights on the berries.

thanks i quite liked the dark look and i was practicing using manual focus so i agree about it not being quite pin sharp.

It is too dark. The focal point, top right third needs to be rather brighter and pin sharp. The idea is good, but the technique needs work. Compositionally and depth of field work.
