Interesting. When there was a similar 'designer trainer' launch in Newcastle a while ago I heard that most of the lads queueing were on business, planning to sell them on.
Just as long as they are not visiting Granny this afternoon...

Or going to work, travelling on public transport or quite possibly living in multi generational households.

Every day you see people in the North West who don't get it; not deniers, just ignoring the situation.

So typical of the selfishness that is causing problems for others.

Sorry it's flat, it was tricky lighting. At least the Sun used it.

I don't think I'd queue for a new camera and lens, let alone shoes.

Very weird need in these times. But what do I know. Great image.

More likely profit from trainers rather than County Lines, despite the stereotypical appearance.

Some trainers are only available in limited editions, once a pair is purchased they go straight onto eBay, where they are sold at a huge markup, many will never leave the box and become collector's items.

Just think about those limited edition Leicas where the shutter will never be fired, but just sit on a shelf gaining value?

I have to agree, it's materialism gone mad, bordering on idolatry.

Only bordering?
