Astronomical Clock

Perhaps the most famous sight in Prague - and arguably the biggest let-down! If you visit the city you have to go and see the clock striking, and when you've seen it you will probably say "Was that it?"

Good close-up. It wasn't a let-down for me, I love all the odd characters on the side-lines doing their own thing. Death, the Turk etc.

Going to visit next month, and have seen plenty of shots of this, but rarely with this much wonderful detail and depth of tone. I'm so looking forward to seeing all the sights, thanks for the inspiration...

Great crop. I never realised that there was a picture of the globe on one of the discs until I saw this. But then again it was very dull when I was there a few weeks ago so there was no sunlight to bring the colours out.
