At the station 2-waiting for the trains.

Same place, same time...
Frist, thank you all for your kind and helpful comments on the previous station photo, and pointed out that the roof was burned. I didn't notice that, it was snow on the roof. I put a bit work on it on this one.Wink
I'm trying to learn a bit about colour, to see how it works on mono version. I have to say that I don't know anything about colour, I just messed about a bit on PS ended up with this one. The light part is slightly warmer than the shade part. Does it work? Should I bright it up a bit?
I'd like to have your knowledge, thoughts& ideas about colour in photography, anything, reallySmile, and all thoughts and criticisms are welcome about this photo. Thank you.

A superb composition, Jasmine: love the way the line of the overhanging roof and the line of it's shadow and platform edge mirror the right hand roof tops and line of the track.
You could not have chosen a better viewpoint.

Very nicely done. I like the gradation in the sky and the dark sides hold the picture together. You've retained lovely detail in the station rafters and your composition is spot on. Very interesting content.

Great composition, Jasmine, with those different lines. It looks like you achieved a great duotone - I love that tiny hint of color. It adds so much interest.

A great composition and lighting, but I'm in a minority - I don't like the toning! Be better without with those dark tones.

I like it just as it is. It has quite a natural appearance, - so dont do anything else to it!

Nice one, Jas. Full range of tones, great composition and spot on exposure. If I must comment, the roof, top right, is a touch bright with resulting tiny bit of flare. Pointing you at perfection!

I think you will struggle to burn that roof in. It will go grey and muddy. It's just a tiny comment on an otherwise fine image. Don't worry about it too much.
