Attack VS Defence

By Gray_ina
Thank you very much for c'c on the Reedbuck upload, always appreciated.
I know today's upload is quite busy but the story is: the water leguaan on the left was causing trouble and it was amazing to watch these water thick knees ( the bird on the right) defending the nest wich was just behind the log, the bird actually gave the leguaan a run for its money and he recieved several pecks on the nose that made him change direction - we had to leave before we could see the whole drama play out but the leguaan seemed quite determined - gray

Superb natural history moment Graham. What a shame you did not have the time to stay and watch to the bitter end. It would have been lovely to know how it all worked out. Great capture mate.
Missed you and her Ladyship today. Must get together again soon.
Regards to you both
