AUSTRALIA 2013 #27

58 miles (94 km) of sandy, corrugated, very sandy tracks south of Kooljaman at Cape Leveque (see previous up-loads) and you reach Middle Lagoon. The name is enough to make you dream and the place is a dream come true.

Imagine... a fine sand beach just to yourself. Imagine swimming in some of the clearest, cleanest water you've ever seenů..trying to forget the posters telling you a crocodile has been sighted at the far end of the beach. Luckily, crocs are lazy and tend to live in the place where there is enough food without traveling long distances. In this case, the crocodile was near a stream on the top right of the photo.

While we were there, one member of the family was observing the sea while the others went swimming.
