You don't state what advice you would like, composition, settings, etc.
The photo is excellent in several ways and I don't really think you need any advice other than keep on doing what you are doing photographically!
People will offer mods that will change the look of the image. I like it as it is. Maybe lighten the shadows a touch? Some would say that even the deepest shadows in a colour photo should show a slight touch of detail.

It would be great to have a little more info with ref to which area(s) of critique you are looking for.
I like this image, love the mist.
The little building could perhaps do with a straighten,( I want to pull the bottom left corner out a little) and the shadows lifting a touch as Ian has mentioned.

I did do a very swift mod.
Pulled out the LHS corner to help the verticals, not by much, I used the transform tool in Photoshop set to 'skew'
Cropped a touch from top and bottom, lifted the shadows in the camera raw filter ( Photoshop)
Added a drop of sunshine.

If you have an original, untouched version, can you upload it as your own version or modification please?
The focal length indicated is incorect, so Im not sure if that the also throws the entire exif details into question?

My first thought was that this was a composite of some sort, as that horizontal line at the 'edge' of the water seemed way too good to be true. My second thought was that, if it wasn't a composite, I seriously need to get out more with my camera!
As pointed out above, this critique gallery is a learning zone. I think that Janet's done the tweak that it needed in terms of straightening that vertical in the building.
For me personally, I think that there's some compromising of the quality in this upload. Some of the foliage on the left seems very slightly out of focus, and there's some mild edge ghosting on the darker foliage on the right. There's also some visible artefacts around the edge of that building that are bugging me, although that may be due to some sort of compression issue with the upload (or with the processing).
But in terms of impact as an image, it does deliver that.

Going back to the image, the waterline is not horizontal( which I'm not sure it needs to be as it's not like a sea horizon). This may worry some viewers. I also noticed the building was not entirely straight but as it is an old one so who knows? Maybe the mist is making bits look slightly out of focus.
I whole image is not too good quality to say it was captured on a decent camera.Maybe something to do with the uploading.?

I'm thinking this is the edge of a dam that is absolutely filled to overtopping the wall... That would explain a waterline that's not horizontal... And it fits with the rising spray.
We don't know the place, though, so it's not obvious, as it is to you, having been there.
There seem to me to be some quite odd colours in there, so I'm interested in your white balance and any processing you did.
And, as others have said, if you can tell us more, we may have more ideas.
I really like the setting - stay and milk it wile the light lasts next time!
In my mod, I rotated a degree clockwise and cropped. I then used Adobe Camera Raw to brighten the shadows and alter colours - less green, less blue, for a result that pleases my eyes more, but may not actually be as the scene was.

The edge of the dam took may fancy as I could not immediately understand what it was. Like others i thought the image was a compilation of 2 images and that sharp horizontal edge was where these 2 met.
Having understood all that, i still think that the edge is a distraction and could have done with some more visual explanation which a different (higher?) viewing point could have explained.

It doesn't matter if it's the sea or not, water is level and therefore should be in an image, unless you're going for extremes/effect.
The exif makes no sense.
This image suffers from camera shake, which given the light levels in autumn is always a danger. But without accurate exif it's difficult to give precise help.
But you have capured the light and atmosphere very nicely. Enhancing the softness with added grain, texture or watercolour effect at low opacity is worth trying.
