Very nice. You have a nice amount of blur on the water — it's smoothed but it still has some texture to it. I'd say it's a bit dark but that's easily adjusted. It might also be stronger without the wooden thing (the bridge you're standing on?) in the foreground, as that separates the viewer from the scene, a little.
