I hope it is not a busy road as it does not look very wide to be dodging the traffic! When I was getting treatment from a physio, they recommended, if a choice of route when starting a walk, always start on the uphill path, so you are coming downhill, when returning. Great mono, I would imagine you see the tree as your goal, when setting off!

Several comments about the leaning tree - it leans with the wind. It's like that up here - we won't get flooded but we do risk being blown away...
