Back to the serious stuff!

By annettep38
Chris says thank you for the 30 votes. Otherwise he would have been very depressed.Wink He was hoping for a modeling contract for cheese cutters but never mind. To make some things clear, his family is from Yorkshire and the remote is smaller than his hand . He only wears his socks in the shower in winter Smile
Glad some of you got a fantastic sense of humour Smile

OK back to serious stuff. Last night I saw this 'Broad-bordered Bee Hawk-moth' Hemaris fuciformis at our favourite dinner place.
Nearly forgot my dinner over it. For Ade: there you go, you have got me hooked!

I thought Hemaris Fuciformis was a medical condition Chris suffered after his ordeal annette ?
And forget your favourite dinner place from now on.
Unless you want to see a 20 ft by 16 ft poster of Chris's pic hanging above the cheese cutters !!

I'm so glad you and one or two others take the trouble to photograph these moths and insects otherwise I'd never see them. Beautifully done.

A true Yorkshireman!!

Lovely set, Annette. v1 shows body and wings, but I'm with the majority on this one and going for v3, sharp body and wing movement. Not sure I'd let the dinner go to waste though.... another true Yorkshireman!!
