Backgammon.

By lifesnapper
Hi all and many thanks indeed for your great comments and votes on my; 'A Silly Sun Day' image (with silly processing) yesterday, so very much appreciated. Some of the comments were more about what they didn't say rather than what they did say. Wink

And now for a change of processing and an image from a different country. These young ladies are playing backgammon inside a comfy box effort which hangs above a very wide and fast flowing stream. Well...Why not? Smile

I'm off to a local hotel today to judge a wedding photography competition. My job is to choose an ultimate winner and highly commended.
I apologise in advance for any miss-justice. Smile

All the best to all,

JohnSmile

an interesting game and a fine capture - excellent work , John
Nice study ... though I'm baffled by that right foot in the bottom left.
If it's the girl's at the bottom then her knee must bend the opposite way to everyone else's ... and her right leg would be very long.
If it's the photographer's, then John, I like your taste in toenail varnish.

Excellent b&w conversion, John. I think the spare foot belongs to a third person in the box; a closer observer even than you?
Enjoy judgement day WinkWinkWinkWinkWink

Really nice b&w, has the look of film - and that's a compliment!

Fantastic light and shade, and a perfect candidate for the b&w processing you have applied, John. You're getting good at this!

Judging a photo competition, eh? As they said about the very first Concord(e) passenger, "He either deserves a medal or needs his head examining..."Wink

A most unusual scene - perfect candidate for mono
with so much pattern.
Lovely capture of the concentration.

Spent many a happy hour playing backgammon John. A spare foot could have been useful.

Lovely image John. Keep going young man, you're way ahead of me! Mind you it's quite a lark bunging the old sliders back and forth! I sympathise with 'nellacphoto' I too could probably do with some lessons but three cheers for the subtle modification which I like. A gong for having a go and producing a fine image! Hope the judging went well - rather you than me! SmileSmileSmile
