Bala Railway

By Anthony
Hi guys

had a wonderful day travelling around North Wales with the old man. (Thanks dad, had a great day) Went to Bala Lake, and had a great wander around. I got this shot looking north up the railway lines.

Its an attempt at HDR. 3 images, 1 under, 1 over and 1 correctly exposed. Processed and tone mapped in Photomatix. Little noise reduction in Noiseware, and a few tweaks in Photoshop.

Any comments, tips or suggestions are welcome.

Thank you.

Thank you Jenn. Im colour blind, and have definately not done anything to the colours, but they looked a little odd. I put it down to the HDR effect and not being used to that. Im glad you like the colours, it makes me feel that they are correct.

Thank you for your kind words.

Do you sell your images or do you just take your images for a hobby?

thanks everyone, appreciate the kind words.

Jessy, if someone wants to buy one, I'll sell it, but its not my day to day job. Sadly, I work for a living, ( Smile )

I hope no real photographers take offence at that, only kidding.
