sorry just noticed this was Criteque , On the positive side the white balance is very good and you have the colors of the night captured well and the location is wonderful.
I feel you would have done much better to have taken this from below looking across the water to the church and hopefully getting some reflections of the building .
Still with that said a very nice composition capturing Malta as it is

If you can set f around 8-10 or more, the light in night pic. will become ..thousands little the starts.
And don't forget turn on the LONG EXPOSURE funtion in your camera to minimize the noise

The sweep of the road is good going round to the church which is lit up well. There is quite a large area of black over to the left though where nothing much is happening.

Hello, Manuel, and welcome to EPZ. I, too, like the sweep of the road, the light trails from the cars and the reflection of the light in the water, which would otherwise be as dark as the left side. The light on the church is very bright and has removed some of the detail of the facade. Also, all of your buildings are sloping to the right. I have done a modification where I straightened the image, cropped, adjusted levels, and toned down the white on the church.
