Banksy?

Well probably not.

Cartagena's old walled city is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and very popular with tourists. Once a district just outside the walled city and characterised by crime Getsemani has been undergoing an upgrade for some time and we agreed it was our favourite place to spend the evenings. Of course that could just have been the mojitos talking.
