Basket case ... Rosie

My niece's choice in kitten - a ragdoll kitten.

Something of a difficult subject - she did not take kindly to being asked to hold a pose.

Any suggestions for getting them to stay still for a suitable period.

Suggested method of getting attention is to dangle something (a feather or suchlike) on the end of a string just outside camera shot (easier if there is an assistant!), hopefully they will be so engrossed in the dangly feather that they stay still for a fraction of a second and you can get the shot in. Doesn't always work out like that though, so you also need bags of patience!

Thanks Tom - had a feeling it would after a point boil down to patience. I think the idea of an assistant may be a good pointer too.
