I love this! As you are working on the project, can I suggest a matt black wool coat instead of the rather distractingly shiny leather jacket? It would give the characteristic reticence and anonymity of Magritte's work, as a basis for your compositional invention.
Yes, very Magritte. I tend to agree with Moira (Mrs Woolybill) about the coat. The shine is a tad distracting but it's an excellent composition and well thought out photo.
