Beach walk

By oldgreyheron
I grabbed this with the old IXUS the other day when I escaped from work at lunchtime to eat a sandwich whist sitting in the sun looking out to sea. This is taken from just South of Redcar looking southwards towards Huntcliffe beyond Saltburn. The acres of sand were virtually deserted - the North East has beautiful beaches even if the North Sea is a little chilly!

What a fine place to escape for your lunch....I'd be there every day!
That is a fine view.

The North East beaches are lovely - we've been to Seahouses and it's gorgeous there.
Pity your strollers weren't on bottom left third.
I've done that myself and lost points in CC with a lovely beach scene with people in wrong
place!
