Beady the cockerel in the buttercups, and other experiments

By HobbitDave
Its always fun playing around with a new lens, isn¬’t it...
This set was taken on micro 4/3 camera using an Angenieux 17-68.mm - about 35-140mm in actual specs due to 2x crop factor. This cine lens is f2.2 through the range, it takes patience as it is fully manual and about 45 years old, made in France. Definitely has a wow factor to it, with a bit of patience!

Thanks for looking, and if youre wondering about using old cine lenses on your m4/3 camera feel free to pm me and Ill share what I know 🙂
Dave.

V.5 shows the lens mounted on camera with adapter (a fiver off eagerbay). It is quite heavy but well worth the patience. In its day it was used on a Bolex h16 cine camera. Back in the 1950s/60s.
