Something a little out of my usual and a little more macabre, but a shot I like and managed to capture a few years back on the wonderful Isle of Skye. These falls are on the way to Elgol on Allt na Dunaiche. Admittedly, there was a little 'set-dressing' for this shot, but the sheep/ram skull was only a couple of feet away from this spot next to it's decayed carcass, everything else was as you see it. A long exposure helped to smooth out the water and make the skull 'pop'.
Cheers guys for your time and awards, much appreciated.
DaveU, very much alive and kicking sir ... just choosing to kick 'my ball' about elsewhere these days ... hope you and yours are all fine and dandy too.

LOL Malc, DaveU waffles so much they probably let him go for a quiet life. Me? I've been dipping in and out but tend to be elsewhere nowadays. Great to hear from you, glad you like the shot too.
Cheers Tom, much appreciated bud!!!

As if the sphinx-like rock isn't ominous enough, you also include a skull for good measure. Then the long exposure on the falls adds to the eeriness. I love it all !

Very well done on photo of the week Mr Sutton, well deserved👍
It just goes to show it's the person behind the camera and not the latest gear that counts! Good old 40D R.I.P. ;)

Great image, Paul. I saw that rock and recognised it immediately. I have a portrait image of the rock and falls with Bla Bheinn in the background. No sheep skull though. Youve taken the fg rock to a new level 😂
