I recently attended a lighting training course, with a view to improving my lighting technique. This is one resultant picture with a large octobank light to the left and a reflector and window light to the right.
Thanks, John. Yes, I put this next to the colour equivalent and it just 'popped'. It also popped against all the other colour shots! Going mono is something I should consider doing more often.

I have no experience of using lighting, but for what it's worth........first look looks great...on second look I notice that the light accentuates the hairs on her arm (only natural) but may affect the overall look :)
