Wonderful shot, I love the depth of field where I can see what is happening in the background but the emphasis is on the man in front.

A well-balanced double portrait; the man smiling as he works away in the background is vital to the composition. Excellent tones.

Really excellent. You've captured a very strong personality there. I suspect that he isn't used to having his photograph taken, he's wary. It's good that you've kept back and not invaded his space.

Hi Rad,
This is wonderful and great candid shot, tells a story. Like the guy in the background which adds to the story of the older man. You have done well with this. I am sure the older man would love to have print of this

Something oddly attractive about this shot.

I love the man in front, he seems so tall, almost elongated, and angled, with the man behind really enjoying what hes doing.

Nice work RM

Hi RM, If i am not mistaken you live somewhere in Asia ( pardon my ignorance). You are very lucky to be there where you can find a diverse choices of photography subjects. If i were you i'd stick to this (photo) sort of photography. Try looking at Koen's or Neil's work. Their work are very much respected here in epz. Thanks for visiting my pf by the way.
ps. If you really want to improve on your photography, make use of the critique gallery. Its fun to have many votes but the critiques and help you'll get from other members are priceless.

Thanks Grimm, I live in India ( i thought it was apparent!)

Koen and Hoops are two of my favs and i see each photo they upload. I learn a lot from David deveson too. there are others like Lonely oryx, woolybills, pascalg, mikbee, photocolin, sunshot .... i learn from too. i have not seen much from critique's gallery but may be you are right.

Photography is just a hobby and a huge stress buster and i am glad i "met "some very nice people who tell me where to improve.

it doesnt hurt to be sociable and its not all about votes, atleast for me.

have a great weekend!
