Beer for breakfast anyone ?

By posty57
To all who contributed to yesterdays course, many thanks for your C & C's, and your time.

V2 of this image is a colour rendition of yesterdays image. The effect wasn't any PS jiggery pokery, but pure natural fog Wink

Both very different from each other. Love the colour version (V2). Just stunning. The diagonal of V1 works very well.

Just a half then Barry please......

I really like the beach shot mate, the diagonal works perfectly and the processing gives a slightly unreal air. Very nice indeed.
For me (and as you know I really like b&w) yesterdays version of Seahouses is my fave although the colour version works extremely well also.

Cheers

Andy

I love what you've done here Barry - it's wonderful! Great imagination and it really works for me. I love beach shots anyway - so this rings my bell! Not sure about the beer - where does that come into it, or am I being dim again?

From the way the canvas on the chairs is billowed up I guess it was very windy and therefore perhaps no surprise none is occupied.
Like the diagonal setting of the rows and the processing applied works very nicely.
And good to see the colour version of yesterday's image.

This is right up my street. A beautifully composed and interesting mono. Love the colour version of yesterday's too. Possibly I prefer it.

V1 is wonderful in so many ways, not the least of which is the use of the diagonal.
V2....I like even more than the mono. The little bursts of color add immensely to that shot.

Excellent processing and presentation Barry, a strong mono image. I also like the colour version of your previous image, possibly even more than the B&W.
