Begger?

Taken in Messina on a city tour on an open sided bus during a recent Mediterranean Cruise on Queen Elizabeth.
Not sure if this guy was a beggar or was just waiting for a ride to work. He just looked so laid-back and not bothered about the world passing him by.

Taken i RAW and converted in Photoshop's Camera Raw and adjust and converted to mono in PS
