Interesting image with muted pleasant colours but needs to have an area pin sharp, and there isn't. Looked at the exif and the shutter speed is very low for the lens. Needed ah tripod or monopod for sharper results. There seems to be a slight mistiness - was it through glass.

Some attractive colours here and I like the droplets of water. It does have a soggy autumnal feel to it. The composition is a bit unstructured to my eye but then I find I am drawn more to ordered compositions so it is a personal thing. I was wondering too about the orange object in the background. The colour definitely adds to the pic but it is quite a regular shape which is a bit out of tune with the rest of the pic. I keep asking myself what it is.

Paul is right about the exif data. If you want sharpness in a shot then your shutter speed has to equal the focal length of the lens plus you need to take into account the crop factor for the sensor size. So a focal length of 200mm with a shutter speed of 1/30 is way out and will more than likely produce a blurred image.

Hope this helps

Thank you for your suggestions. It really helps. The background is the building color. It was taken at one of the mornings when we had freezing rain.

Lovely image !....I like the soft wet mistiness of the image, yet lifted a little with the warm 'autumnal' colours of the leaves....it may be a wee bit 'busy', but I love the 'feel' of the overall image....1st class !
