One can quite clearly see another crack in the chalk so I doubt that section will last another Winter.

If you are ever over that way Splash Point at Seaford Head ( free car parking ) is another good spot to capture coastal erosion

I remember this light house being moved back from the cliff edge a few years ago.

Looks like they may have to be moving it back again before too long 😲 Photographed this magnificent lighthouse back in 2017 whilst on holiday to Eastbourne. Had a quickie break stopping off here on a coach outing but didn't get as close as this. Rather favouring colour, but works well in mono too 😃👍🏻

B&W for me, sometimes such a busy sky with all those contrails can ruin a shot.
But in this case, I think it adds to it!

What a disaster …. Glad no one was hurt .Are those all jet streams in the sky ? Mono for me too …like how the chalk lights up in the mono and sky trails are accentuated . Stellar capture Mike,
