Bewdley floods, River Severn

By Fotofunguy
This image was captured on Thursday 13th February almost at the peak of the recent River Severn floods.

I have used a tone mapping procedure to get the desired effect.

The Environment Agency have worked wonders with the recently installed flood barriers during our recent bad weather and they have managed to save many people from disaster.

They should be soundly applauded for their supreme efforts.

Nice to see someone giving the Environent agency some credit for their work, all they get from the press is a slagging off.

Nice image, very effective processing.
