Biberon's gecko

Firstly apologies for the delay in offering thanks for the reaction to my leaping squirrel. The UA from badgerfred was much appreciated. Aslo the mod from miptog.

Having been laid low by an appalling cold I am back to start a sequence of pictures taken in South Africa in October. This was a trip to see some of the less usual mammals - a lot of them in the pitch dark using a splotlight. This was the first time I have actually stayed in SA.


This gecko was on a wall under a lamp busily catching insects. In fact most lodges,being thatched, seemed to have a resident Gecko of some sort.
