Birthday Party

By StephenBrighton
Saturday's Phototwalk ended by gathering at Osho Social, a bar/restaurant on the beach at Brighton. Next to our table was a group of ladies celebrating one of their friend's birthday.

The ladies noticed our cameras and in no time they encouraged us to take their portraits. A kind of impromptu photo modelling session followed. I managed to capture this image.

This is new and difficult territory for me socially and photographically. Hoping you enjoy this portrait in some way.

Your comments and constructive criticism are, as ever, always welcome.

Great shot, I wish I had the confidence to take off the cuff shots like these.

Very dynamic, very sexy. I wonder if she's done this before? I'm a coward, I hide and wait until nobody's looking...

Really Wink
There are quite a few of these types of images in your PF, so I do not think it is at all difficult for you Smile

If this was a true modelling session I would have preferred that the person in the background was moved out of the way,but as it is it you have caught her mood / expression very well.

More often than not images of just a normal ( not professional model ) person in a casual situation results in a good image, which this is Smile
