Blackbird posing.....

By teocali
My blackbird is becoming less shy now and will even tolerate my obvious presence. Here he is posing for me with the remains of what must have been a very juicy worm around his beak!

Many thanks for taking the time to look at my Puna Teals and Daffodil and for your C&Cs Smile

An excellent shot Sylvia, you've captured some fine feather detail.

They are such industrious birds, and as you have stated, get on with their hunting once they know we are not a threat to them, even when you get quite close.

They like to be photographeed every now and then too, so they dont feel left out.

This is ace Sylvia, the eye is excellent and the mouth could do with a good wash lol.
There is nothing like a blackbird's song in the summer when he's sat in the tallest tree heralding the day's news.

Top marks here Sylvia, the detail is beautiful, never easy with black birds.
Geoff.
