Many thanks for all the support on my last upload on Zimbabwe's granite hills.
I managed to get some time on Sunday to visit Blue Anchor bay, a place I go to often and which has appeared several times before in my gallery!
On the extreme east of this bay and looking back toward the cliffs and the bay the ocean is beginning to do some serious reclamation of the land - soft stone , clay banks , trees and even the cliffs are all being eroded away. In the end we will all return to the sea from whence we came!
I set the camera sensitivity to neutral for the sunset and created HDR images and then boosted saturation - v1 is shifted slightly toward red and v2 slightly toward yellow. I don't usually change the picture too much out of camera, relying more on the in-camera conversion to achieve some vibrance.
I would be interested in your opinions. Large is good and I hope you like them. A
