Blue Tit

By Maiwand
The Blue Tit (parus caeruleus)

Not a lot to add about this little birdie. Most people will be totally familar with them. I do think they seem to be one of the species that is surviving the recent (and past) severe weather and there appears to be plenty of them around.
This shot is just about full frame with just a tad cropped from the top. Sorry about cropping so close to the tail but I do assure you that the tail is not clipped. Could have built a little extra space at the bottom but I preferred to leave it as it is.
Hope you will enjoy.
My most appreciate thanks for all the generous c/c's for the Eagle Owl.

Ron

A fine capture Ron. A bit of a problem bird for me - I have taken dozens of shots of this common bird and have yet to get a good one. A

Thanks for pointing out my slip of the pen with the reed bunting Ron. I suspect this problem with names is a feature of Oldtimers Disease!!? A
