A very interesting comparison, as your multiple uploads often are.
I think I want colour, it's so beautiful. Do they realise that they are paddling through a reflection, I wonder?
But I like V2 much more than I expected. I do want b&w rather than sepis, V2 has the clean brightness of the water, V3 looks a bit murkier.

Lovely composition, David, made by the inclusion of the boaters. Has to be the colour for me.

I've been a B/W fan since the days of film, chemicals, & photo paper; but I have to choose the color version of this one. Spring just loses something in the translation to B/W. A great shot! Love & Peace.....Duck

Great image, lovely composition and framing, wonderful light and reflections and good placement of the rowing boats. I particularly like the subtle colours of V1.

Very well composed shot, David, and it's V 1 that ticks all the boxes for me. A superb spot and you have captured a very fine image.

the mono versions win for the nostalgic look, but i'd just miss those lovely primary colours!

Love version 1 for its colours, but the scene is so timeless that version 3 works beautifully in sepia.

Lovely comp with good detail, like the way the reflection frames the boats, it's a very good capture I like the colour best.

I do really like the tones in V3, but the colour, and detail in V1 gets my vote today - Carole

A super capture, David, with the rowers perfectly positioned in the frame, and those wonderful reflections really make this special. Has to be colour for me, but do rather like the sepia which gives i a timeless feel to it Wink

Well I was going to say I couldn't choose because all three are lovely imagesSmile But I looked again and then another look ..................................... and colour definately the winnerGrinGrin the colours in the water are absolutley wonderful! and I noticed the white building above the chequered one looses some detail in the b&w. The image is lovely, superb comp and detailGrinGrin
