BODY LANGUAGE

By Imagephotographics
Morning everyone !

Many thanks for your comments on FLOWERS & LACE, most appreciated.

It was such a wonderful summers' day yesterday, so we thought we would take a walk in the park - definately no good for photography as it was far too bright. But saw these two people sitting on a bench, and could'nt resist taking a shot of them. The image tells such a story, a married couple - she's doing the crossword, he's reading the sports pages, both absorbed in their reading matter. Nonetheless, the body language sets them worlds apart.

Something a bit different anyway - hope you like it !

BEST LARGE IF YOU HAVE THE TIME !

Chris

Marvellous capture outlining the different ways in which people relax and enjoy the day whether it be smart Casual or the ole Hankie job! Either way they are both doing their own thing and enjoying it...
Really lovely reportage ~ Here comes Summer!

Marital harmony, as the English do it. Haven't seen a knotted hankerchief in years - this is superb social commentary.

As you say body language speaks volumes, each in their own world. Good to see the knotted hanky is still alive and doing well! I love her glasses too for some reason! Superb candid Chris.

I had a guess Chris this would not be the best man at your recent wedding. Reckon the hankie would have kinda spoilt the pics a bit !!

What a terrific candid, such a classic portrait of marital bliss several years down the road! The newspapers got it so right when they started producing the heavy weekend editions in several sections - or did they? - years ago they'd have been doing the crossword together! Smile

Yes, I can just hear them. "Well I'm not speaking to you either".

Excellent candid, despite your reservations about the light. Why do us Brits put knotted hankies on our heads? Hope he hadn't used it.
