We are having a good winter. One like it hasn't been for a long time ... snow, frost, sun, fog ..... cold clear nights .... a winter like I used to love it as a child.

As beautiful as winter is, I am already looking forward to warmer days.
The light is steadily increasing again, with every single day the sun rises a little earlier and sets a little later....the light returs

I like the strong foreground with the image gradually fading into the mist, but then turning into blue sky. A photograph of layers but well composed.
