Booth Wood Reservoir Dam...

By Alex64
I went for a drive and knew about this location from many years back when the road that leads to the base of the dam was used for hill climbing events, Performance vehicles would travel from the base of the dam up the winding lane to the top and try to obtain the quickest time possible.
I took this photograph with my 28-300 zoom lens, only having taken the one lens I was restricted to what composition I could achieve, plus to the left and out of view were buildings connected to the workings of the reservoir and not really beneficial to the composition.
